Currently Reading: Outlander

     I recently started reading the book Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. It starts out set in 1945. But then the main character, Claire Randall, gets hurled back in time...to 1743. All she did was innocently touch a stone in the Scottish highlands and she ended up in the past. So far Claire does not know how any of it is possible. But she knows that she has to figure out a way to get back to her husband and life back in the 1940s, while resisting the draw she feels towards towards a man she meets in the 18th century.

     This is the first book in the (giant) Outlander series. So far it is very intriguing. If it keeps on being as interesting as it has been I am definitely going to keep reading it!

Buckets of Books

I have a problem. I have a tendency to purchase too many books. Even when I know I have stacks of books at home that I haven't read I still buy more! So, here are some that I have bought recently, (some I purchased new and some used, in my opinion it's always good to have both). I seriously hope I can find time to read them all soon. In the meantime, I'll try to contain myself from buying more.
